Refund Policy

One-time digital licence

StepShot is sold as a one-time digital licence, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal and no cancellation process for future billing.

14-day refund window

We offer a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

How to request a refund

Use the View receipt link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select Request refund. Submit your request within the 14-day refund window.

Receiving your refund

Paddle returns refunds to the original payment method where possible. Please contact Paddle through paddle.net for the status of a refund request.

Paddle refund policy

Purchases processed by Paddle are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
